Wrentham Avenue – Queens Park
PropertyA period terrace house in near Queens Park, London
Summary:
Planning was obtained to convert the roof with a full width dormer and to install a single storey rear extension. The client wanted to retain the original character, so the existing small out-house building was retained and built around, complete with a frameless glass box above, joining the new and old. Floors were also excavated to the rear of the property to create a generous floor to ceiling height.
